OUR TREATMENT SERVICES
PHP for Mental Health
Partial hospitalization programs for mental health are a step down from residential treatment. You can stay at home and come to our facility each day for treatment. PHP is a great option for those with a supportive home environment and for those who do not require 24/7 care but benefit from more intensive treatment.
In our PHP for mental health, you receive therapy daily and medication management services. Our therapy modalities include CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, family therapy, and relationship therapy.
IOP for Mental Health
Intensive outpatient programs for mental health provide a flexible option for people to stay overnight at their own homes and visit a treatment facility for care during the day. Our IOP addresses mental health conditions through therapy and medication management.
IOP is less time-intensive than PHP but still offers robust care.
OP for Mental Health
Emotional distress and mood swings do not always call for a hospital stay. They can still make it hard to function day to day. Our outpatient program for mental health in Montvale, NJ fills that gap. Adults get more structure than a weekly therapy appointment, without stepping away from their job, family, or daily routine. Holgate Mental Health’s clinicians build your plan around your actual symptoms and goals, then adjust it as you go. The therapies we use are evidence-based, but the pace and mix are built around you.
IOP is less time-intensive than PHP but still offers robust care.
